They will not make the filing date today.   Stock halted.  Ugh.

Looks like they will be posted by Sept 30.   Be interesting to see what the balance sheet looks like.  Could be challenging going forward.

Feb and May qtrs to be reported but the damn Aug qtr is now over so mgmt should give some prelim no.s on it too!!

I have done more DD as per my previous post.  With their burn rate, just exactly how long do you think $230,000 will last.  And if you look at old financial statements, they already had stacks of payables  I stand by my statement.   LJ
