REI Directors Changes in Holdings During Feb-22

Take this with a grain of salt if you want but looking at the INK Research report for REI I'm seeing that the CEO and CFO both increased their share positions by roughly 50% in February (CEO from ~600K shares to ~900K shares & CFO from ~200K shares to ~300K shares). Further, Director Holdings have almost doubled from ~1.5MM shares to ~2.9MM shares this past month. Further the lone >10% shareholder increased by about 1MM shares to 12.9MM shares in Aug/21 has shown no divestment since. Bodes well for REI share value I think.
