What's going on with Shiseido ?

It has been a few months since we heard that Shiseido was going to bring the dermal sheath cup hair procedure to market on July 1st.  It would be interesting to know if they have actually launched it. It is intriguing that we hear nothing from Shiseido if they are moving forward with the hair treatment.  You would think they would be marketing the hell out of it. Possibly AS and the Directors may be negotiating with Shiseido or some other Pharma to sell the Replicel assets.  I still think he wants to get control of the company before he begins to close any buyout deals if there are any out there.  If it was a simple takeover like he proposed in March this would be over by now.  If he is indeed planning to sell the company after he gets control of it I think that will be problematic.
