Alex Black,CEO, wanted or needed some money,he has a nice annual salary, which he earns,lots of mining and management experince,he also has some more stock options. The stock is low today, Gold price down ~3% today, the stock will rebound with the price of Gold, also when RIOM announces ~210,000 oz of Gold produced in 2012, 2nd 1/4 info on the phase copper project,which also is also contains Gold
