wow.  did not see that coming, although THO was clearly poised to make an acquisition sooner than later.

I agree.. Didn't see coming in a million years. I do not see the synergies that could be attained in this deal between these two distinct companies. A silver producer in Guatemala and a gold producer in Peru. But is an indication of the M&A to come in the near future
