Rio Alto Mining Limited > Anybody Voting 'Against'?

Anybody Voting 'Against'?

I just got my Agreement package, which is about the size of a phonebook, and now have to decide whether to vote for or against. I think that the termination fees and other fees (over $60 million bucks) is highway robbery... and insulting. And it is a major disincentive to voting against. However, I still think the deal is not great for the average Rio Alto shareholder (unless you're the CEO).

For those who care to share, what's you're opinion on the deal? There doesn't seem to be an third parties interested in outbidding Tahoe.
