I, too, voted in favour of the deal mostly because it can't get much worse than it is currently.

Yes the deal will go through. The float on Ora is pretty tight and ownership concentrated with few free trading shares. As long as management can deliver, and keep costs down and build Almas.... could do okay in the future .

I would not take it for granted that this deal goes through. People need to VOTE. I now own stock in both companies, and I look forward to it being one stock! I think this deal will be great for share holders of both companies.
