1. Merging with or acquiring an already established profitable marketing company. (We have already identified several possible candidates.)

 

2. In concert with the aforementioned merger we are exploring the possibility of doing either a joint venture with several commodity and futures types of companies; or possibly another merger with these trading companies.

 

To be clear, these are 2 separate mergers with 2 separate non related entities. The entire transformation of SUMM could take approximately 60 to 120 days. SUMM new "business services expansion plan" will definitely have a positive affect on the Company's future development and revenues.

Great thing is that they set a time frame, so we can hope that within coming moths, I''ll say up to September, we will have new, reconstructed, good standing Co, ready to trade, opinions?

Indeed. They also stated that further details about the business development will follow shortly. So we are all expecting news any time now.

It will be nice to hear a word from SUMM's management this week, IMO a lot of guys similar to us, are waiting for the " bell" to start trading, what do you think?

Absolutely can do a lot in the coming weeks and months. Also, I think that SUMM will surprise us this week with good news.
