Exclusive negotiation rights, so outside bidder not in picture right now.   Lets hope Reco goes through roof, as .046 per share probably wont change, so it goes up - Roe price/buyout will go up.

Hey  you must a a rookie  ROE to a dollar and they give you 28 cents on the buyour ! ROTFLMAO They should have offered ROE holders at least . 100% premium and that would have been cheap . RECO is counting the Mexico play against ROE holders
