Further to the exchange bulletin dated Aug. 13, 2018, news releases were issued on April 26, 2022, and on Oct. 28, 2022, announcing that the company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a reverse takeover as defined under exchange Policy 5.2.
