RQB and CBDL are both subsidiaries of CENTR Brands Corp. (CNTR:CSE). What is their legal responsibility / liability?

Last quarter revenue reported 230K for CNTR and market cap of 28 million. I think their 1 drink they sell in 1 location in California justifies it I'm sure.
