anyone know why my rqb stock through TD and CIBC shows as going up to .01 yesterday??? Can the price change during a halt?

The stock is still trading in the U.S. market for some reason? That's why the still people trading. I believe that's why your seeing some price movements. I'm trying to get something, better than nothing. I lost 25 + thousand Have a good day!
