I think that Ravenquest was 'spun out' of CENTR brands. The question is Does CNTR Brands hold a legal and fiduciary duty to oversee RQB and is it liable for what has occurred at RQB? If the answer is yes, then should the stock of CENTR be halted so as to preserve assets as they could be then used to compensate the common shareholders who have lost significantly? Mymoolah2

I asked some questions on this and was attacked lol. https://webfiles.thecse.com/sedar_filings/00033660/1904011739334205.pdf See 3.1

Thank you for that link. It is very confusing to figure out. From my understanding, based on this, CNTR owns Ravenquest. Is this your understanding as well? If this is the case, when and how did RQB become a distinct entity - if it ever did so? Mymoolah2

CENTR Brands was formally called 'RIVER WILD EXPLORATIONS' Ravencrest Resources was a shell when the company first became listed on the CSE. Ravencrest Resources did a share dividend to the shareholders of record on the following basis:  - for every two shares of Ravencrest Resources, the shareholder of record would receive 1 share of RIVER WILD EXPLORATIONS (a new company ...more

Part 3: CBDL CBDL was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) on September 17, 2018. The aforenoted was to provide background. This part 4 is the article refernced by fab4ever (Thank you ! ) and is the part that concerns me the most: 3. General Development of the Business 3.1 General Development of the Business The Company The Company was formed under the BCBCA on September 26, 2012 upon completion of an amalgamation with RavenQuest, a CSE listed company, under the terms of an ...more

So this implies that River Wild 'amalgamated' with RavenQuest.  This combined company then took over CBDL and renamed itseld CNTR Brands. Does anyone know when this ' amalgamation' dissolved and RQB became a ? separate company? I cannot find any announcement stating that this occurred. Any advice / insight would be appreciated. Thx for the explanation. Please see my last entry where I paste section 3.1 that Fab4ever referenced. The 'amalgamation' between River Wild and RQB is what concerns me. Mymoolah2

People keep emailing the BCSC if you know where george has lied or mislead you . If you have info where mathieu has mislead or lied also email about that . Keep on them so then they have to do something

I continue to do this. I want George to answer to BCSC. I want George investigated. I want George interviewed by the media.

George and Mathieu are not the only ‘POS’ that mislead and / or failed in their obligations to the investment community.  In my opinion, The Executives  and the Board of Directors are equally complicit.

HW, there was only 'one' executive and that was George. And I'm sure it was on purpose. The rest were employees. And agree on the BOD. They were there to protect us shareholders.  What happened?

Anton J. DRESCHER Hendrik van ALPHEN Jorge BONET Chris Alvin BECHTEL Dave CROSS = CFO Marla RITCHIE = Secretary And bring in Bill ROBINSON while we're at it Who has the 'minutes' of all the meetings that were held ??? In my opinion they are all complicit and should be interviewed by the BC Securities Exchange Commission

What happened to Bill? Did he find out that it was a scam from the beginning and bailed? If he did, he should have whistleblown this thing apart. Wasn't he former RCMP??

Been doing a lot of thinking on this and the only explanation is the most obvious which is the machines never really worked as hoped or else oodles of Cannabis would have been grown even if it was for extraction grade. So when did Geroge figure out it was a no go... maybe after license and lots of testing 8 strains if I recall ....summer 2019 ..... and so lied from that point on blatantly. From ...more

There are alot of swindled shareholders out there . Me included . But the brightest point you touched on , was that George knew at some point that his business plan wasn't workingvand that he lied to investorsxafter that. Him alone telling investors that he was operating the markham facility remotely , when he was locked out should be enough to charge him with fraud . That is my take

So should we as a whole take action?
