Anyone Have Any Idea ...

...  what the purpose of the recent press releases might be ?

I figure that this is dead, dead money ... but the recent announced agreements seem odd to say the least.

What's the point of making agreements with past financeers to buy out their debt interest if you have no intention of following through and paying them off.  Where the heck would they get the few million dollars to pay them off ?

Everytime I get a SEC report on SDRG I get figure this is it ... and expect to read that the final nail in the coffin  has been placed.  But then find out its not quite the case.

Anyone have a clue what might be going on behind the scenes?

And don't come back and reference the companies less than a mil market cap to explain why no deal is possible ... this could quickly change if any interest at all surfaced to accumulate shares.

What is the value of their property real estate interest ?
