reverse split

From my experience, reverse splits never work. Whithin a short time, the stock reverts back to the original price. Maybe there is something going on here we do not understand. Why would Marc or anyone ...more

to do a 20 for 1 reverse split.  That would take you to 12 million shares outstanding. And a share price of 2 cents.   Why not, the company has been trashed anyway and nobody is in it as ...more

He won't give up, you have to hand it to him. I love it- the tensity, he is like the ECB or Japanese bonds- refi until someone calls it money printing. In SDRGs case its a double down situation ...more

receive a phone call from someone claiming to represent a "private investor" trying to accumulate SDRG shares ?   Know a couple people who received such calls but it sounds beyond fishy ...more
