New Loan

New LoanHigher facility (by $5MM over prior qtr) and higher interst costs but I guess Lender wanted out and Cooperators had no choice as SEBwhat with loan guarantees to lender.
I sold most when last over 30c but I cannot see how this tragedy ends. I cannot see what Cooperators saw in SEB in first place unless they are getting separate revenue opportunities from relationship. Can't see how SEB grows revenues sufficiently as last nine months have seen no growth.and seems to have no chance of recovery from ongoimg losses bar a miracle. Do they eventually take SEB out in a go-private arrangement and/or combine with another benefits company.  They won't I feel bid more than 25c the conversion price in the deb. So guess its sayonara as far as I am concerned.
