Perhaps Galp is bluffing what's in their hand and nobody is willing to call. That puts SEI, and all our money in a very stinky situation.

Not a chance. A company the size and reputation of Galp doesn't bluff about an oil discovery. They don't say things like 'very important discovery' or 'world class'.... never
