1) very bad management 2) no coherence in planning 3) div off one day, on the next, declare the div then suspend it before the payday 4) more concentated for selling the company then actualy running it 5) shareholder rights not a big preoccupation 6) this company is not taken seriousely by no one in the finacial community. ....... this company is going to zero. I'm not sure the company is going to zero since they do have an asset. However, Lillis apparently didn't think the company was worth what was originally proposed and revised the offer downwards. I believe the company will find a buyer but it will likely be for less than Lillis' revised offered. Obviously, the longer the company goes without capital, the more the production declines ...more

who are they getting the loans from.  5 million @ 18% plus another 700k in fees.  and on oct 30,2013  3 million @ 12% that accelerates jan 31. also has fees of 800k..  they are paying huge financials expenses--- all sorts of fees with the Wattenberg field (director get finder fee). bad debt to vender written off.  did they not get a lawyer to check title before sending ...more

I have a run down proprety witch is worth nothing. Do you think i can get a million if I sell it to them, plus fee of coarse. It is almost a joke the way this company is run! One can wonder if meanwhile management is getting a free ride with all those stupid moves that they are doing; no one is that dumb in business, unless.... ac0001

Evidently the company will attempt to sell the Wattenburg projects, both the royalty and the working interest properties. This will theoretically allow them to get rid of the debt, put some money in the kitty and allow them to either concentrate on developing the Canadian properties or sell the company outright.

latest #s are on sedar. 58m in debt,production less than 2000 boed @25% oil.late on all interest payments with some debt as high as 18%........have to spend 5.5 m on flo-thru this year too. the more i watch this it seems as if someone planned this out well to move the colorado assets around thru a convoluted paper trail on someone elses dime. if they still own a gas plant in alberta and have some ...more

its worse than that..50 million in current liabiliaties. plus the 15 million for the convert and the big decommmissioning liability of 17 million..
