for aggregate consideration of $4,000,000 at the end of August last year.

I'm thinking she just might have a Mona Lisa smile on her face right now......a smirk at the least.

Anna Maria and her investment family own 10% of Sitka. They also own 10% of Snowline. Now that should tell you something very significant. They have decades old history of succesully investing in exploration plays. When I became aware that they were investing in Sitka, I doubled my own investment.
