Shorted. As seen before on another stock, regulators take the side of Shorts. In the End, I'm guessing your shares will be sold to the Shorts first before being sold to Rogers either by open market sell or "automatic" selling of your shares. Just Guessing.

Guessing next short report going to be Huge up tick in number of shares shorted.
