Do I continue to Accumulate or stand Pat?

Pros:
Dividend Yield is about 3.4%, and upside on share price only ~16% now to $40.50.    I guess you can classifiy this stock as a "utility" as such on of the "safer" place to be.

Cons:
If merger not approve, unknown how much a pull back, if any, will occur.  Past year it traded around $22 to $25.   Prior to Pandemic around $26-30.
Market Crash could be around the corner.... but everyone been saying this for years.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
