lots of money in play here, theres going to many head fakes, rumours and government medling influencing the share price all with one goal to cause volitility in the share price. I think the decison to allow or not to allow has already been made and those in the know are going to work it hard to skim off as much as they can before they let the rest of us know the what they decided.
