I forgot to tell you where to find the prospectus for the pref shares.

I'm pretty sure I found it in Sedar.com. But you have to set the date scan WAY BACK.

Shaw issued a "Short Form Base Shelf Prospectus" dated November 18, 2010. This is for $4 Billion of debt, Class-B Common, Pref Shares and Warrants.

Shaw followed up with a "Prospectus Supplement to the base shelf prospectus dated November 18, 2010" for $300,000,000 Cumulative Redeemable Rate Resewt Class 2 Preferred Shares, Series A. The Supplement is dated May 20, 2011. The official issue date for the Pref Shares seems to be June 30, 2011. Hence, 2021 contains the 10th year anniversary date of the issuance.
