The board of directors met on Wednesday (and are still in discussions) to devise a plan to make sure the company survives and remains an ongoing entity.
 
I have no further information but logic would dictate that if management is unable to raise news funds then it will have to pair its costs to the point of cash flow covering its monthly G & A.
 
We’ll have to wait until there are concrete decisions made by the board.

Heard the same and as I said before, this Company is so close to " making it " , that a resolution(s) will be made in order to continue to function and to increase Sales and Production ....... I'm optimistic ..... no point being a pessimist when you already own a whack of Stock !!!!

Honestly believe the buyers of the new bonds demanded to see a plan to reduce costs before fully committing. If that is the case then the deal can close and we will hear news of cost reductions. The way it was going, another finanancing would be required by the next quarter. Not sure why costs are so high unless they have to pay higher salaries due to the nature of the work. Danny, you seem to be making excuses for them.  They have received plenty of financing through numerous high prices PPs and shareholder money. What they need to do is execute in a clear and transparent manner.
