Here's my take: If they haven't/don't file for creditor protection in the next 24-48 hours, that should tell us that they're at least somewhat solvent and there will be hope. If they are truly insolvent, creditor protection would likely be their only play if they can't raise cash. My guess on why they haven't filed is there is trouble with the auditor (perhaps not paying
