Yes I have read all the news of border crossing problems. Anyone investing should already be aware of this. Each news outlet has put their own spin on it. None however have stated that the border patrol ever outright asks if you invest in marijuana. It's a pain in the asss, but not that big of a deal for Sunniva as they'll have local representation. One article I read cautioned that anyone who has even admitted to using marijuana at some point in their lives could face a lifetime ban. It also said retail investors are at risk. So I guess the majority of Canadians could face a life time ban. Hard to believe, but America is a backwards
