This is without a doubt the LAST thing I was expecting to hear after a 6 week news drought lol. They have so many other projects/developments on the go, and with that in mind, I'm a bit nervous that they've started to spread themselves thin. There have been many LOIs, etc, but very, very few of them have lead to anything solid.
