The only part that

holds value right now is Calyx imho.  Last chance to fan that ember to life because everything else they have claimed to have done has contributed to cash burn.  The NH brand is pretty much a comedy of errors and they dashed it with layered in companies that are drawing on management time and shareholder's money.
This is headed towards the rocks and I'm not sure the captains can prevent it.
Jmho but I think they need to dump the shytshow known as Nutritional High and push the Calyx effort for all its worth in California.  No need to go anywhere else if we don't have a high potential game plan.
No accolades from any suitors that I have heard and the latest negativety about our oil in Oregon??? is another end run or dropped ball by these guys after the Colorado fock-up with regards to citizenship and licensing.
There is a serious reckoning going on and nobody in the greenrush is immune from the accounting principles that are being applied to all of them.  Better managed companies could get wiped out and added to the long list of wannabees that have failed.
I used to think that phase 2 Canada could give a nice lift to our shareprice but for a company that loves to make up stories of connections and deals, I haven't seen anything recently for our Canadian effort that will relegate it to the failure list.
EAT is in a race with itself and its cash burn and the ability to raise money is dwindling imo.  glta, we'll need it!

You're arguments are weak.  While Calyx is 95% of the company, recommending taht they dump the rest is virtual nonesense.  And you call it a comedy of errors but a few broken LOIs is just that, a few broken LOIs.  I was just telling the other poster that the way people troll this stock is weak and over time hasn't held water:   https://stockhouse.com/companies ...more

If they need funding, my feelings wouldn't be hurt if they sold assets in oregon considering the latest debauckle

It's not clear that they actually need money right now.  Hard to say and I'm not sure.  The cash burn rate isn't as bad as some would have you believe.  The last fundraising was a stunt to stablize the shareprices, which obviously failed and was a weak move.  Remeber, it was only for about $4.5 million and the originally they just wanted $3 million.  Not enough ...more

Remember we haven't closed on GT yet. And that's a $9m deal if i'm not mistaken. They'll likely need some funding for the purchase/expansion of GT and/or potentially expanding calyx into nevada. Not sure how far those funds would go but it's appealing vs further dilution imo.

The cash portion of the puchase of GT is $3 million over a period of 18 months.  Assuming that comes due after state approval, I wouldn't sweat the cash.  However, they've handled the GT purchase as a takeover in escrow, and likely most of the cash has already been handed over the Fu family (along with the shares and promisary notes), with NH having assumed control of the Nevada ...more
