Where's the Plan?

I'm incredibly disappointed with this company. I've been here since the beginning. I've always believed in what the company was selling, even when they weren't selling anything.

Looking back, the signs were all there. A cannibus infused chocolate that looked great but that wasn't sold anywhere.
Mints that weren't sold anywhere.
Drinks with cannibus in the cap that weren't sold anywhere.
A dab stick that wasn't sold anywhere.
A Jimi Hendrix brand that wasn't sold anywhere.
A Bob Marley Brand that wasn't sold anywhere.
So many more I can't even remember them all.

So many partnerships that didn't go anywhere.

So many different countries that we were getting into (Isreal, Germany, Asia) that have not gone anywhere.

Colorado was a fxck up. Finally they opened that market to outside companies and we couldn't even get back in there.

It's obvious to me that EAT is not a Edibles company. SO much money burned on Beautiful packaging and Branding and I don't even know how much we have sold. I don't even know which states we can sell in or produce oils in. Do we even produce it anywhere ourselves?
I don't know.

When they bought Calyx and it was selling a lot of product I thought finally, then this.

To the Owners and management of this company you can't chase 10 different things when you don't have any money.

Write us a letter, instagram post, twitter or whatever the hell you want. Inform us of what your plan is. Get rid of what is not making us any money. Concentrate on what is making us money. Stop going into foreign countries unless it is for a sale of our products. Partnerships are great if you are receiving something in return.

Tell us your all taking a pay cut. It's not like your making us any money so why are you making so much. Buy more shares personally so we know you are going to work your azz off to get this stock higher.

When you do make some money with the company buy back some of our stock so we don't have 460 Bizzillion shares outstanding.

For David Posner, I've spoken to you a few times. Always felt reassured after I have spoken to you. Now I feel you've been lying to us the whole time. Make it right.

Adam Szweras, I have never had a problem like others have on this bb that your not the best public speaker. I don't give a ratz azz you seem fairly honest when I've seen you speak. But because your the CEO. this is on you. Do what you have to do to make it right.
Keep us up to date on what is actually happening.
I'm tired of not knowing what is going on with this company. What's real what's make believe.

I would really like a point form of what we have on the shelves. Which states we sell in. What is happening with Marley and all the other "products " we carry.

And I really want to know whats happening with Calyx now. From the press release it sounds like we got rid of Plus Products if so exactly why and where do you expect our sales and margins to be next quarter?

OK My Rant is done. I just want to know where we stand at this moment in time.

BTW only reason I am still in this is because its not worth selling right now. I was too greedy when it was at a $1. Live and learn.

Good lucid post. You've spoken for many.  I hope these concerns get directed right to mgmt. Our saving grace will be:  Eight Capital has a great reputation and has worked with major players.  https://viiicapital.com/transactions/ Green Therapeutics (pray, pray pray it will go through) Calyx (maybe they'll diversify and keep getting cash flow) Golden ...more

You just admitted to buying in heavily at $1 but are sitting there jabbering on about how they should run the company...I don't think anyone should be taking business advice from someone that can't get out of an investment anywhere between $1 and 3 cents.
Comment by oggyswain on Dec 11, 2019 12:19pm
Wrong, I have been in from the beginning. Averaged about .12. That wasn't the point. Trying to discredit someone that is trying to suggest the leadership of the company better inform there shareholders makes you suspect and a bit of a sh$t.

And someone saying they bought a sh!tload at $1 and couldn't get out before it hit 3 cents trying to give business advice is sound?  LOL

Never bought at $1.00. Your reading comprehension is really bad.

May as well have if you bought at 3 cents rode it to $1 and all the way back down, yet try to tell management you know what is best when you didn;t bother getting out at any point above the 30+ bagger you claim to have been sitting on.  Yolks on you, spazz.

Well said! I would add that they need to get rid of Dakota Sullivan since he is the CEO of Calyx that screwed up the Plus account. He obviously doesn't know how to run a business. Sell what's left of Calyx and get out of the distribution business or keep Calyx but concentrate on a smaller area of distribution. Can't drive all over California to deliver a couple of boxes of product and ...more

The question is was plus allowing them to be profitable, or accruting more cost to demands of a reduction of % of sales based upon being Calyx's largest supplier.

Have you seen Dakota's interview? He know's the sector inside out, and he has connections. I'm as disappointed as everyone that PLUS left. But it's difficult to identiy what demands they were putting on Calyx in order to keep them. He may be the person to blame, he may not be. Difficult to tell at this moment.
