Is there any chance

that the Arrangment between SQI and NGD will NOT materlalize as expected, and therefore that is a possible reason we are seeing this lower share price on SQI? I am still holding SQI and have no plans to sell.

The arrangement will materialize as planned.Silver Quest will track the price of gold for now and it is also affected by New Golds share price.They also just released drill results after the close.
