Promising stock?

Promising stock?I would this stock yesterday by playing with stockfetcher. It appears that 31.10% of the company is owned by Institutional Holders which own SQNS.. For me it's a good sign. Also, the short ratio is OK. Waiting till the stock will bounce back from its first resistance at 4.13
