They are building cash. With all these announcements plus last qtr cash of 208 plus quarter cash flow Puts you close to $600 million or $6 a share. There is more stuff to sell. I smell a $5 dividend again. Last one in 2013 and Lampert likes the cash. Business is actually not too bad. If you take out all one time items in last q report like impairment provisions they mad operating income vs loss ...more

The numbers were - $13 million net income for quarter 2. The unusual item for the quarter was a 67 million gain on selling leases. I don't see where you get an operating profit. EBITA was a loss of 27.1 million. Granted, Mr Lambert is always willing to suck more money out of the company, but I don't see where the cash is for another dividend. Whenever you see a line in financial statements with 6 or more footnotes beside it you know they are throwing expenses at it. Called kitchen sink acctg. Write off as much as you can. That is what happened last quarter to the selling admin general expense line. Read each note and determine whether those are recurring or one time expenses. Most are one time.
