date for Strateco’s appeal

We're expecting that the appeal will likely beheard over two days, between mid-February 2019 and the end of May 2019.

Is there someone knows if the date has been yet scheduled by the court of appeal?

I too would be curious as to what is happening with the court case. If anyone has any info to post, it would be appreciated.

The court dates are June 10 & 11 / 19 with hopefully a decision by June 21. First day of summer. Cheers

Those dates are very good news for our case.  In politicaly motivated case like this, choosing a period that most of the reporters and people are in vacations indicate that the defender wants to keep the decision under the radar. GLTA

I have a dream...the genius who put us in this mess, Yves-Franois Blanchet,  is now chief of the federal party Bloc Qubcois.  After our victory (of course) which will cost 200 millions to the Qubec people, i imagine all the admiration he will deserve for his foresight.
