Technical Setup Looking Juicy on SSE.V

Chart watchers, anyone else spotting the potential breakout on SSE.V? Looks like a classic penny stock setup to me: consolidation around $0.02 with declining volume. If we get a pop with some solid volume behind it, this could run hard. RSI’s creeping up but not overbought yet. Risky, yeah, but this is where the gamblers live. Who’s got some technicals to back me up?
