I would think the government of tunisia is probably wondering why there is no financing in place yet, considering the length of time this has dragged on one would suspect the charade is coming to a close.

Happy New Year FUDD! Our contact in Africa said SPK has nothing over there. Methinks Elmer Fudd is still milking this charade for some pocket change as the mythical deal to save the world hasn't been put to rest after 8 months. Please get it up so we can dump it at only a horrid loss instead of a sickening one.
