The offer is used to manipulate, and stop the buying of the stock for the .03 Penny financing.

1,273,000 shares shows up from 5 brokerage firms.

The management are closing their 0.03 PP right now and None of us are to know of it.

Here is what is going to take place:

SPKs' mis-management will manipulate the stock to .03 at which point NEWS will be put out opening the PP. Within an hour the company will put out news that the offering is closed, and gifted to only friends of these insiders.

The management is short millions and millions of shares...

Selling out of the market options into the market...
