Mr. Francoeur has been a Professional Geologist in Alberta since November 2003 and has been working in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin since September 1980. He has been a Director at 3MV Energy Corp. since January 30, 2012. He has been Director of Sunset Pacific Petroleum Ltd since May 2018. He served as a Director of Noravena Capital Corporation. He is a member of APEGGA and a professional Geologist since 2004 and is a recognized expert in horizontal wellsite geology procedures for conventional & non-conventional reservoirs. His clients have included; Canadian Natural Resources (CNRL), Cenovus, ConocoPhillips, EnCana, EOG Canada, NAL Resources, Nexen Inc. An All-Star Board they have!... well, at least they have day jobs to go back to. I am voting all of my stock against this mgmt, a powerful Board with interests/incentives aligned with shareholders is currenty in the works. At first I didn't have the foresight/compassion to keep any legacy board members around, your reasoning to yield Mr. Franceour, his contacts, and expertise, is in my
