Something is wrong. I can not vote my shares at the AGM

I am calling my lawyer tomorrow to find out why WE can not go to the meeting and vote our shares. for others than the current management.

My stockbroker told me that I would need to have PHYSICAL SHARES to vote them at the AGM.  But also may not be able to vote them if the company does not allow them to be voted.  What a fraud.

Our shares that are with our stock broker, we can only vote for the management within the proxy and or vote Withheld. 

I refuse to vote Tom Wilson in for another year.

If someone knows something here that I do not know.  I want to vote my shares for Me and I want others to vote for others that are not this management. I want to vote out everyone except Alex Francoeur, PGeol, BSc (geology), has agreed to join the Sunset Pacific Petroleum Ltd. board of directors. Mr. Francoeur has served on the company’s advisory board since 2014 and was instrumental in the negotiations with the Tunisian government in regard to the Tunisian Beni Khedache concession awarded to the company on May 9, 2016.

Mr. Francoeur holds a BSc, geology (Concordia University), and brings over 36 years of technical, management experience in the oil and gas industry.

Depends whether or not you have you shares in physical or as 'non-registered' through your brokerage. Broadridge is the firm that issues dissident proxy circulars on behalf of shareholders, I too have looked into this as (laws in the US are slightly different) and was directed to this company by my counsel. I spoke with the right people at Boradridge yesterday and appears someone else has
