What happened to Alex Francoeur and his directorship ?

Alex Francoeur, PGeol, BSc (geology), has agreed to join the Sunset Pacific Petroleum Ltd. board of directors. Mr. Francoeur has served on the company’s advisory board since 2014 and was instrumental in the negotiations with the Tunisian government in regard to the Tunisian Beni Khedache concession awarded to the company on May 9, 2016.
