Shows Strength IMHO

The SVL/SVLC SilverCrest "Bought Deal" shows Strength and Strong Demand for SilverCrest shares.

I'll tell you why I view it this way. Take Note that I see No Warrants attached. How often, if ever, have you seen that??? I'm use to seeing 1/2 Warrant and sometimes One Full Warrant attached (One Full Warrant shows weakness in the shs, thus the enticement of adding a Warrant....none needed here)

Also,as for the Price, I believe that a 15% Discount is the Minimum Standard, and usually based on the Average share price over a given amount of days, example: perhaps the past 10 days ... so, if the shares are viewed as $3.00 being Value, and you chip off 15%, that = a Discount of $0.45, leaving $2.55 with the usual 1/2 Warrant, at least...............so I like this and see it as a display of SilverCrest's Strength
