Wasn't the open pit stream bought and paid for in 2009 for US$12 mil and 3,500,000 Sandstorm shares? The shares are valued today at $5.60 = US$19.6 mil.

Sandstorm will pay the additional US$10 mil to exercise the option and buy 20% of Santa Elena's underground gold production at US350 per ounce. This option exercise is in addition to the US$12 mil and 3,500,000 Sandstorm shares paid in 2009. - If 20% of total mine-life production becomes 50,000 ounces then Sandstorm will have paid SilverCrest a US$1,182 per ounce value.
