This should be considered 'return-of-capital' but if it is a dividend you still will have a capital loss on your investment which can de used as a tax loss at the end of 2014. Saxon is out of ...more

The press release says "final distribution". I don't see dividend so the funds are simply a payoff to shareholders from the original buy-out by the acquiring firm.  there were no ...more

Finally some closure!

News release out stating shareholders as of  April 4, 2014 will receive $.0253 US and will be paid out on April 11, 2014.......Better then a 'kick-in-the-pants'...... btds

I talked to Don Bailey today and he said the IRS refund has not arrived yet but his Chairman and CEO have decided to do a partial distribution to shareholders and complete it when the IRS refund ...more
