compensation levels

Looking a bit deeper at this name I have to say that the management compensation seems to be a bit excessive. Also they seem to get paid before delivering rather than the other way. The fact that the current majority holder / chairman has controlled the company for soon 20 years whilst the share has declined quite a bit isn't too hopeful either.
