Pipestone / Wembley fits hand in glove with Kelt's assets

If you look at the maps, consolidation of AAV's lands & Kelt's lands would make a contiguous asset.

Not saying they should merge, but one or the other could acquire these assets from each other, it only makes sense to consolidate.
