A nice company, but I underestimated the risk of a going private transaction.   Lesson learned. The voting turnout was awful.   Only about half the class-b shareholders voted, and the class-a weren't much better.    BTW, there is a lot of information in the voting numbers...(not saying more than that ;-) )
