Accelerate Carbon-Negative Bitcoin ETF seeks to provide investors with exposure to bitcoin by investing in derivative instruments.The Manager of the Fund also intends to sequester over 100% of the estimated carbon dioxide emissions attributable to bitcoin transactions that the Fund is indirectly exposed to by funding decarbonisation initiatives. In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will invest directly in bitcoin futures contracts traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Bitcoin Futures). CME Bitcoin Futures are designed to provide exposure to the performance of bitcoin and are traded in U.S. dollars. CME Bitcoin Futures are listed and cleared on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, a U.S.-registered designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization.
