...I was rushed and failed to declare the value of my luggage and buy appropriate insurance. But I swear my luggage was  fully loaded with gold bullion and bank notes. And bearer bonds too. I demand full restitution from the airline involved for losing my luggage. That's only reasonable, don't you all agree?  Damned airline, I wanted my steamer trunk to be placed on the seat next to me but they bullied me to ship it as cargo.. and now it is lost. I insist on a jury trial

Julie you have difficulty reading.  They paid a premium and they declared gold and cash on the weigh bills.  Ignore the cash and count the gold alone.  The weight is on the waybill and it says gold so the declared value is easily established without puting a number on it which is why they will lose the case. That said, win or lose it is minimal in the scheme of things the damage
