I'm thinking 3% bump in shareprice when the tentative deal is made, and another 5% when the union formally votes to ratify.

And further increase to SP when share buybacks are announced, which could happen this ER . Even absent of a Pilot deal they may not state an amount but  could confirm a timeline .
