For ALPA and Hudy followers this should work really well. The Canada based labour board is very much leaning to granting US pay packages to all Canadian workers. They feel it makes sense given the inflationary conditions brought about by the Trudeau era. However in order to achieve equity with American counterparts on an after tax basis, the only solution is for all workers to re-establish themselves in a tax haven nation. The pilots are urged to set up permanent residence in Panama.
