Lockout is best
Best for everyone including travellers.. Certainty and full credits to anyone with travel plans. And Zero earnings for staff, unfortunately.
Rotating strikes.. LMAO.. travellers would be throwing SHxT at any pilot they would see in the airports for a long time. Not safe.

They would never do rotating strikes. It would mean a nightmare for passenger rights claims since the predictability of the cancelations would be challenging and likely equate to hundreds if not thousands of small claims cases againsAir Canada. They will just lock them out and weather the storm until forced arbitration.

That makes sense. Meanwhile Porter ,TransAT and Flair would be strengthing their bottom lines. AC would have to retrench some of their domestic market after a costly strike. All in all it adds up to a lose lose situation for AC and it's employees.

All in all it adds up to a lose lose situation for AC and it's employees. And the shareholders!

Not for the wise ones that shorted the stock.
